Our Story
Croissant D'Or Bakery is a family owned and operated bakery that has been producing the finest quality croissants, danish & quiche for over 50 years. It was established in 1973 by Daniel Barrachina and supported by his sons the last 30 years.
In 2012, Rob Barrachina took over from his father and continues the tradition of baking the finest croissants, breads, quiche, danish and other French pastries. We now service schools, cafes, lunch vans, catering companies, and the general public.
In 2018, Rob's son, Zac, has joined the team to continue the line of proud pastry manufacturing.
Quality Commitment
Our croissants are made the traditional way allowing them, once cut in half, to provide an excellent base for fillings and condiments.
We use flour sourced locally from Laucke Flour Mills in Strathalbyn for all of our products.
We have also installed a 37 KW Solar Power System to help the environment and reduce our carbon footprint.
